OpenSRS now offering .jobs and .aero

Tucows has started offering .jobs and .aero domain names through its OpenSRS reseller channel.
According to a blog posting, resellers will have to opt in to offering these gTLDs. Prices are $125/year for .jobs and $50/year for .aero.
It’s potentially good news for both registries, particularly .jobs. Both are restricted, sponsored gTLDs, but .jobs has a much less strict set of entry requirements than .aero.
The OpenSRS network has about 11,000 resellers, according to the company, which is largely responsible for Tucows being the third-largest ICANN-accredited registrar by domain volume.
Kevin: As the Chairman of the .JOBS Charter Compliance Coalition, I write once again to respond to your post, which leaves the reader with the erroneous impression that the .JOBS TLD has a “much less strict set of entry requirements” than .aero. The unmistakable implication from your language is that .JOBS does not have restrictive registration requirements. In fact, Paragraph IV of the .JOBS Charter is quite rigorous in its limitation of registrants to only (1) individuals who are members of the Society for Human Resource Management (“SHRM”) or (2) persons who work in the “human resource management” function within their respective companies or organizations.
Your perspective on the scope of registrant eligibility for the .JOBS TLD appears to entirely embrace the position held by Employ Media (and its alliance partner DirectEmployers) – a position which breached the .JOBS Registry Agreement and Charter according to the Notice of Breach issued by ICANN. In Employ Media’s/DirectEmployers’ view, essentially any person or entity can register second-level domains in the .JOBS TLD, a position which completely disregards the Charter provision cited above. We are confident the arbitration panel will recognize Employ Media’s clear breach of the Charter language relating to these clear and restrictive registration requirements. I respectfully ask that you carefully consider all the facts when you write about the .JOBS TLD and dispute in the future.

To get a .aero domain you need to be a card-carrying member of the aerospace industry.
To get a .jobs domain you just need to be in HR at a company of any description. No card, as you point out, required.
That’s pretty objectively a less-strict requirement, even by the standards of the respective original registry agreements.
